On mammals: Those papers look great, but they're all temperate, right?  Should we include a tropical representation, also?

Quick note on birds - in addition to abundance for each habitat type, I think it would be good to note if they are breeding in each habitat.

Fabrice, This looks very good.  I would add "bird eggs/nestlings" to the food type category - I know that this could be considered the same as the "Birds" ...
