I borught the paper home that I thought has some interesting references for you only to find the the lit cited portion remained at the office. But here is the paper you should take a look at I think that they cite some papers that might have some interesting data for you:

thanks, fabrice -- I just looked through it, and while there's great detail about the traits of the microbes, it doesn't focus on fungi, and doesn't have land useĀ  (just different plant diversity treatements aboveground).. seems hard to get all the pieces together in one paper!
