This is my second year in the PhD program between University Wales, Bangor and CATIE. Since 2004 I have worked about Plant Functional Traits in seminatural grasslands in Nicaragua. Now I am writing the thesis proposal to develop in Nicaraguan grasslands. Functional diversity, phenological complementarity and environmental heterogeneity are subjects where I am focusing my research.
