Use this form to request a 'Contributors' account

BeStat has been set up to allow all public visitors to view, search, and download site content. If you wish to contribute any new material and/or post comments to the discussion board, you must first register for a BeStat Contributors account. As part of this registration process, we ask that you provide some basic contact and background information via the form below. Your registration information will be forwarded to our accounts manager, and you will receive an email with activation instructions as soon as your account has been created.

As a registered contributor, you will be able to post to the discussion board immediately. Other types of contributed materials (including new tutorials, summaries, and programming code) will first be submitted for moderation by the designated folder manager, who will add the material after evaluation.

Preferred user name for your BeStat account. Please, note that a user name is usually something like 'jsmith'. No spaces or special characters. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, make sure the caps lock key is not enabled. This is the name used to log in.
